      I have this ebook, and it is the best diet product I have ever bought!

      I was not sure about buying because I have wasted too much money on bad products but this one does offer a money back guarantee, and somehow I trusted the writer.

      It works. It is not hard to foolow, for 10 days you get a choice of snacks or meals and basically you can eat as big portions as you wish. I lost 9lbs during the first 10 days. After that there is an easy system to follow to lose weight steadily and improve your health- I feel sad not more people use this!

      This works. It is easy to follow, as the author says. I lost around 6 pounds during the first 10 days, which was less than stated, but I carried on with the follow up plan, which basically does not even feel like a diet and after 6 weeks have lost a total of 18lbs.
      I am extremely happy with this book!
