This works. It is easy to follow, as the author says. I lost around 6 pounds during the first 10 days, which was less than stated, but I carried on with the follow up plan, which basically does not even feel like a diet and after 6 weeks have lost a total of 18lbs.
I am extremely happy with this book!

This was not a great book. A man just starting to tuna fish with very little experience could have written this book. It is All very basic info and not even close to worth the money. I may be ok with paying $15 for the book. And the actual book is not what it looks like in the picture. Its about half that thick and is binded together with something that would have been done in high school for a report. save your money to buy some nice lures which will help you more than this book.

I have this ebook, and it is the best diet product I have ever bought! I was not sure about buying because I have wasted too much money on bad products but this one does offer a money back guarantee, and somehow I trusted the writer. It works. It is not hard to foolow, for 10 days you get a choice of snacks or meals and basically you can eat as big portions as you wish. I lost 9lbs during the first 10 days. After that there is an easy system to follow to lose weight steadily and improve your health- I feel sad not more people use this!

Working out too hard without adequate rest will raise cortisol levels, which has been linked with fat storage. Working out not hard enough and you’re not doing enough. Are you getting enough sleep/rest? Remember, you have to have a balance. If you’re working out really hard, you have to rest really hard. Those are just a few things, hope it helps.

Personally, I have a bad habit of touching my face, examples, leaning on my hands, rubbing my chin. I found that this added to dirt in my pours and breakouts didn’t occur in those spots once I became conscious of this.
