The authors firmly believe that a generator based system can be a green source of power but using Biodiesel and recuperating waste heat is much more greener than that. Moreover, this book also talks about what size your system should be of, to satisfy your needs. The authors feel that everyone’s requirements are different and the system illustrated in the book is so malleable that one can install anything from a miniature emergency backup arrangement to a full blown system powering everything. Also, to make matters convenient there is a description of the various system gears and why some are better than the others and where are the best priced components found.

The e-book also contains information on fuel cells, zinc/oxygen fuel cells, and the Stirling Engine. Moreover, the authors give their customers a brilliant idea of business. The business involves making electricity and selling it off to the electric companies. This is called “net metering” and one can read about it in the book. The authors have gone so far as to show where one can get specific information on ones state’s requirements – plus state grants obtainable to help one pay for ones new system.

A man who used this book says that he browsed through the book. It was excellent and the authors should not sell short. The book has presented the material in a very readable way. This is definitely his subject. The book talks about the resonant devices. He is an HAM radio operator, so he has built many crystal radios, radio antenna tuners, simple low power transmitters. All resonant circuits using inductors. It look likes the author has done a very good job of researching their material.

Everything that he has read, so far, is right on! When he read through the book more thoroughly, he will put a separate page, and a review there on his website. He wants to personally meet the author and talk about some of the lower level ways that people can make their own electricity. For example, one weekend he went on a desert camping trip where he was doing quite a lot of digital photography. He rigged up a small photovoltaic system for recharging his camera batteries.
